Orders and Transactions
Order, payment, refund, payout, dispute, tax, and accounting records may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to comply with financial, accounting, fraud-prevention, contractual, and legal requirements.
Deleting an account does not require Macro Exchange to delete records that must be retained for a legitimate legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purpose.
Communications
Customer-support messages, customer-provider communications, complaints, and dispute records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to complete transactions, investigate concerns, enforce agreements, and protect the parties.
Provider Records
Provider verification, licensing, insurance, tax, payout, transaction, complaint, and compliance records may be retained while the provider remains active and afterward as reasonably necessary for legal, tax, safety, insurance, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Analytics and Security Logs
Technical, analytics, security, and error information is retained according to the applicable system configuration and service-provider retention settings.
Macro Exchange will configure vendors to avoid retaining information longer than reasonably necessary.
Backups
Information may remain in encrypted or access-restricted backups for a limited period after deletion from active systems. Backup copies will be removed through the ordinary backup-rotation process and will not be restored except for security, disaster-recovery, or legal reasons.
We maintain or will maintain an internal data-retention schedule identifying the approved retention period for each major category of information.

No system can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account or information has been accessed without authorization.
10. Security Incidents and Breach Notification
Macro Exchange maintains or will maintain procedures for investigating, containing, documenting, and responding to suspected security incidents.
If personal information is involved in a security incident, we will provide notifications to affected individuals, government agencies, regulators, or other parties when required by applicable law.
Service providers and contractors with access to personal information are required to notify Macro Exchange promptly of suspected unauthorized access, acquisition, use, or disclosure.

- Mail at the address listed in the Contact Us section.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your account.
We aim to respond to verified privacy requests within 45 days. Additional time may be required when reasonably necessary, permitted by law, or required to authenticate the request.
We may deny or limit a request where necessary to:

- Fraud prevention;
- Security;
- Tax and accounting;
- Provider payouts;
- Disputes;

Deleting the mobile app from a device does not delete the account. Users must use the account-deletion function or submit a deletion request.
When information has been disclosed to a provider for a transaction, Macro Exchange will take reasonable steps to require the provider to delete or restrict the information when it is no longer needed, subject to the provider’s own legitimate legal and transaction-record obligations.
13. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old.
Macro Exchange does not knowingly permit children under 18 to create customer or provider accounts.
If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child in violation of this restriction, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

15. Florida Pilot and Geographic Availability
The current Macro Exchange pilot is intended for customers and providers located in Florida.
Macro Exchange may restrict account registration, provider participation, delivery locations, pickup locations, and transactions outside approved Florida service areas.
The fact that the Services may be technically accessible from another location does not mean that Macro Exchange is offering services in that location.
Users may not misrepresent their location or use the Services where doing so would violate applicable law.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect:
- Changes to the Services;
- New features;
